Come dunk Pastor Erik in the Dunk Tank. Tickets are $5 for three throws. Stay for the concert and see who else you can dunk! All proceeds go towards Hellen’s House.
What is Hellen’s House?
Hellen Vindas was called to missions in September of 1990. She moved from her home in Costa Rica to the community of Los Angeles on the Island of Ometepe, Nicaragua. There she became the director of CICRIN (Centro Infantil Christiano Nicaraguense). CICRIN’s main vision was to create an educational institution that served the academic, spiritual, emotional and physical needs of children and youth from the neighboring communities.
Outside of CICRIN, Hellen serves as a worship leader at a local church as well as being a mother to her two adopted daughters. After over three decades of serving God’s Kingdom, Hellen is building a home of her own in the community she loves and serves.
Hillside’s goal is to raise $15,000 to help Hellen finish building her home. Construction has already begun on the house, but there is still a lot to be done. We have already raised over $6,000 for Hellen. Help us reach our goal so Hellen’s House can be completed.
